At RackUp+Go, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe reflects your unique style with zero stress.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it reaches our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After a quality inspection, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
